Why Fieldlet exists
Every Fieldlet is built around a task someone should be able to complete immediately: calculate a grade, compare text, make a random choice, convert a measurement, resize an image, reorganize a PDF, or solve another everyday problem. Core tools do not require an account, and the useful interaction appears before advertising or supporting material.
Private by design
Calculations and text transformations run in the browser whenever practical. The current image, PDF, CSV, JSON, password, and checksum tools are also designed to process their inputs on the visitor's device instead of making an upload part of the normal workflow. Each relevant page explains its supported formats and limits.
How tools are reviewed
Fieldlet checks calculation rules, invalid-input behavior, mobile usability, keyboard access, result announcements, and output integrity before a tool is published. Formula-based pages explain their assumptions, while file and image pages document format, memory, and compatibility limits. Review dates change only after a meaningful content or tool update.
Corrections and accountability
Utility results should be understandable and verifiable. If a formula, explanation, accessibility behavior, or edge case appears wrong, email support@fieldlet.com with the page URL and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Reports are reviewed as product defects rather than treated as content suggestions.
