General-purpose tools
Fieldlet provides calculators, converters, randomizers, writing helpers, timers, developer utilities, and browser-local image and file tools for general informational and practical use. No account is required for the core tools.
Check important results
Fieldlet aims to explain its methods and known limitations, but a result is not an official grade policy, academic record, contract, tax or financial advice, medical guidance, security audit, engineering certification, or archival workflow. When an institution, law, specification, or professional standard controls the answer, verify the result against that authoritative source.
Browser behavior, rounding rules, locale settings, source-file quality, and unsupported formats can affect an output. Review downloaded images, PDFs, CSV files, and other generated files before replacing or deleting an original.
Your content and privacy
You remain responsible for the text, values, and files you choose to process. Core tool processing is designed to happen locally in the browser. Do not process material you are not authorized to use, and avoid sharing sensitive source material when asking for support.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload Fieldlet, bypass safety limits, distribute malware, misuse the site for unlawful activity, or falsely imply that Fieldlet endorses a product, service, or result. Automated access must respect published crawling rules and must not degrade service for other visitors.
Ownership and third-party materials
The Fieldlet name, site design, original explanations, and tool implementations belong to the independent Fieldlet brand or their respective licensors. Open-source libraries and reference datasets remain subject to their own licenses and notices, which are listed on the public licenses page where required. Links to external standards do not imply endorsement by those organizations.
Availability and changes
Fieldlet may correct, improve, replace, or remove a feature when needed for accuracy, security, compatibility, or product quality. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed, and saved links or browser-local preferences may stop working if a feature materially changes.
Disclaimer and responsibility
Fieldlet is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every tool is suitable for every workflow or jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fieldlet is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an unverified result, deleting an original file, or using a tool outside its stated purpose or limits.
